As of July 31, 2026, at 2:30 AM EST, the hapara.fail public DNS service has officially been shut down.
What started as a simple project grew into something much bigger than we ever anticipated, and making the decision to power down the servers was not easy.
To everyone who used the DNS, reported bugs, shared it with friends, or simply encouraged us along the way—thank you. Your support, curiosity, and trust meant the world to us, and we are deeply grateful to have been a part of your daily internet experience.
While the servers are now offline, the gratitude we have for this community remains. Thank you for making hapara.fail something special.
